Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Council under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 for the use or development of land as follows:

Proposal: DA2500091 Compost Facility and associated works

The above application has been referred to the Board of the Environment Protection Authority (the Board) for assessment under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 (EMPC Act).
An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been lodged in support of the application.
A copy of the EIS and full planning application will be available for public inspection during the notification period and may be examined during normal business hours at the Southern Midlands Council Oatlands offices at 71 High Street, Oatlands and 85 Main Street, Kempton or by selecting the link above.
