The above application has been referred to the Board of the Environment Protection Authority (the Board) for assessment under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 (EMPC Act).

A copy of the full development application will be available for public inspection during the notification period and may be examined during normal business hours at the Southern Midlands Council Oatlands offices at 71 High Street, Oatlands and 85 Main Street, Kempton of by selecting the application above.
The EER can be viewed on the internet at: https://epa.tas.gov.au/consultations
Any person may make representations within a 28-day period by letter addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 21 Oatlands, Tasmania 7120, or by electronic mail to mail@southernmidlands.tas.gov.au
If the Council Offices are closed during normal office hours within the above period, the period for making representations is extended.
