Upcoming works for Blackman River Bridge Structure Replacement

The Department of State Growth will be replacing Blackman River Bridge on Main Road in Tunbridge from Monday, 15 July to Friday, 8 November 2024, weather permitting. 

We appreciate your patience while these works are completed. 

What does this mean for you?

The bridge will remain closed to all traffic (including pedestrians) and road users will need to use Lowes Street to access Midland Highway and Tunbridge during these bridge replacement works.

Please keep to speed limits and follow the directions of traffic controllers and signs.
