NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that application/s have been made to Council under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 for the use or development of land as follows:
Location: 1114 Stonehenge Road, Stonehenge (CT 113533/1 & 175080/1)
Proposal: DA2500146 Extractive Industry, increase in production to Level 2 activity.

The above application has been referred to the Board of the Environment Protection Authority (the Board) for assessment under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 (EMPC Act).
An Environmental Effects Report (EER) has been lodged in support of the application.
A copy of the EER and full planning application will be available for public inspection during the notification period and may be examined during normal business hours at the Southern Midlands Council Oatlands offices at 71 High Street, Oatlands and 85 Main Street, Kempton or by selecting the link above.
If the Council Offices are closed during normal office hours within the above period, the period for making representations is extended.
