Building Plans Request
Should you require a copy of plans for a house which you do not own you need to have written consent from the existing owners to view those plans. If there is copyright on the plans you might not be able to obtain those plans unless you receive consent from the person who drew those plans.
When making a request to view plans you need to contact Council first to see if the plans are available, but also there are a number of plans which are stored elsewhere and Council might need a couple of days to obtain these plans.
