Occupancy Certificates
Occupancy Permits are required for all buildings, unless they are exempted from the need of one by Building Regulations 2004, the Regulations exempt Class 10 buildings and some older buildings from needing an Occupancy permit.
A new Occupancy permit is required once refurbishment of a building has been completed and an Occupancy permit is required if a change of use of a building has taken place.
