The Southern Midlands Council holds it's formal Council meetings in various locations within the municipal area during the first part of the year. These meetings commence at 1.00 pm and a dedicated 'public consultation' session commences at 5.00 pm for each meeting. The intention is to provide the public with an opportunity to come and talk directly to Council, raise issues of concern and generally communicate with your elected members.

Annual General Meeting
Council will conduct an ordinary meeting on the 9th December 2008 at the municipal offices, Kempton commencing at 1.00 pm this will be followed by Council's Annual General Meeting which will commence at 5.00 pm.
